On Safer Internet Day, get hold of this cutting-edge course for no cost
To celebrate Safer Internet Day on 5 February 2019, developer of the AtFirstSite course, IFFOR has opened its 2019 Grants program to provide copies of the online sexual content course for free.
The program has been developed over the past three years and was previously only available as a digital download. It is now available as a physical course-in-a-box that includes everything a teacher needs, including all the teacher’s notes, presentation and worksheets, as well as Post-It notes, clothesline and pegs, whiteboard marker and so on.
The grants program this year will cover the cost of the course plus shipping. There are 25 boxes to give away.
In addition, the program will cover a limited number of train-the-trainer sessions where professional facilitators will come to your school to explain how best to deliver the course and take any questions on its content and provision.
This year’s Safer Internet Day slogan is “Together for a better internet” and is intended to serve as call to action for all stakeholders to join together and play their part in creating a better internet for everyone, and especially for younger users.
